You will cover your fingers with your forearm to give the appearance and play with your other hand to make it look like it's being tuned. The last trick is the bell, which is best on an electric guitar. The idea is to take one string and cross it over the other. Now, you will play your guitar and it will sound like you are ringing a bell!
